NPB
Pacific Electronics NPB Push Button Emergency Stations are used in the NC-9100 Nurse Call system to provide a means of registering an emergency call from a bath or similar location to the master annunciator.

OPERATION
When the push button on the emergency station is pressed, the following events occur: The red Call Placed LED on the emergency station and the Emergency Call LED’s on the duty station flash. Whereas, the dome flashes above the door and the room, and Emergency Call LED’s flash at the annunciator. On-off audible tones are outputted at the annunciator and duty stations.
The emergency station is equipped with a red Call Placed LED to assure the patient that his or her call has been placed. Emergency call can be canceled only by resetting the push button on the originating station, assuring the patient of immediate prompt response.
Emergency calls have higher priority than normal calls. Initiation of an emergency call will override normal in system call annunciation
at the annunciator and duty stations.

EQUIPMENT
The push button emergency station is equipped with an alternate action push button. In addition, a red call placed LED is provided. The
face plate is screened “Push For Help” on a single gang plastic plate for flush mounting.
