NB1 / NB2
Pacific Electronics NB1/NB2 Patient Stations are used in the NC-9100 Nurse Call System to activate call signals from patient rooms.
The NB1 Patient Station is used in single bed rooms. The NB2 is for dual bed station use. Universal call cord receptacle (s) are designed in to cord sets.

Operation
When the push button on the call cord of the patient station is pressed, the following indicators light: the red “Call placed” LED on the station, the red “Call in” LED’s on the duty stations, the dome, and zone lamps the room and “Call Placed” LED’s on the annunciator. At the same time, audible tones are ouputted at the annunciator and duty stations. Removal of the call cord causes an emergency
call to be activated in the system that can only be cancelled by re-inserting the call cord .

Equipment
The patient station has a push button for call cancel and call cord receptacles for plug-in cords. It also has LED indicators for “Call
Placed”. It is furnished with a plastic face plate which mounts to a single gang electrical box for flush mounting

Wall Plate
Plastic Single gang plate which mounts to face plate.

Face Plate:
Holds electronic chassis and mounts to single gang electrical outlet box. Minimum depth is 2 3/4” .

Control (s):
“Cancel” push button to reset calls to communications center console.

Cord Set Receptacle (s):
Phone jack which utilizes pendant type call cord assembly; one for single patient station and two for dual patient station.

LED’s:
Red for “Call Placed”. Has one for “ Call Placed” LED for single patient station and two “Call Placed” LED’s for dual patient station.

Terminations: Six position terminal block

Accessories:
Models SCC6 & SCC10 call cords. Requires one for single patient station and two for dual patient station.
