Pacific promises to deliver high-quality products in good
condition. If your product is found to be defective within
our standard warranty period (1 year from date of purchase)
we will gladly fix it, replace it or issue credit for the
part (excluding shipping charges). Simply contact out Customer
Service Department to get an RGA number and return your merchandise
with the RGA number clearly written on the box. Please ensure
to enclose information regarding the suspected problem and
a phone number to contact you if we have any problems/concerns.
We promise to process your request in a timely fashion.
**Please
note: If you are returning a product for credit due to any
reason other than it being defective, you will be subject
to a 30% restocking fee. Also, if you return a product and
it is found to be in good working order, the part will be
returned to you at your shipping expense.**
